About
COINPUR.
From the manufacturing shop floor to digital engineering, COINPUR connects practical VMC machining, CNC programming, Mastercam workflows and technical knowledge.
I work where machining, CAM programming and technical knowledge meet.
I am Pradeep Pal, a VMC Machinist and CAM / Mastercam Programmer with practical manufacturing experience developed directly on the shop floor.
My professional journey started with CNC and VMC machining, where I developed hands-on understanding of machine setup, tooling, workholding, production processes and precision manufacturing.
My focus later expanded into CAM programming and Mastercam, connecting the physical machining process with digital manufacturing workflows.
COINPUR is the platform I use to document that knowledge — practical concepts, programming workflows, tooling, machining strategies and engineering resources in a format that machinists, programmers, engineers and learners can actually use.

What I believe.
Practical knowledge becomes powerful when it is simple to understand and useful on the shop floor.
Manufacturing can be complex. Good technical communication should reduce unnecessary confusion, connect theory with actual production situations and help people make better technical decisions.
Practical experience matters.
Technical knowledge becomes more useful when it is connected to real machines, real tooling, real setups and real manufacturing problems.
Complexity should become clearer.
CNC and CAM workflows can contain hundreds of technical details. Good documentation should organize those details instead of making them harder to understand.
Shop-floor knowledge should be documented.
Valuable machining knowledge is often learned through experience. COINPUR exists to document that knowledge and make it easier for the next machinist, programmer or engineer to learn.
How I approach
technical work.
From understanding the problem to building the solution.
My approach combines shop-floor experience with CAM, technical research and digital tools. I prefer understanding the complete manufacturing workflow rather than looking at one operation in isolation.
Understand the part.
Start with geometry, material, dimensions, tolerances, features and the actual manufacturing requirement.
Plan the machining process.
Consider workholding, tooling, setup sequence, cutting strategy, machining operations and production requirements.
Program with manufacturing in mind.
CAM programming is not only about generating toolpaths. The final program must make sense for the actual machine, tools, setup and production environment.
Improve continuously.
Every part, setup and programming problem provides another opportunity to improve machining knowledge and workflow.
The short version.
VMC machinist. CAM / Mastercam programmer. Technical creator. Building COINPUR.
Now you know me.
Let’s connect.
